The Risk Benefits of Playing Golf

 Ergonomics is all about reducing slips and falls.  With slips and falls being the number one cause of injury to the over 60 population, who knew that by playing golf you minimize your chances of having an injury.  In a recent Reader’s Digest article, it was noted playing golf improves balance which minimizes your chances of falling if indeed you slip while on the job. Ergonomics ensures your body is in proper alignment which improves your golf score. So you RIMS Golfers, playing golf actually minimizes risk for future injury.  Just another reason for hitting those greens!
